Positive reinforcement and providing opportunities to be successful are the foundation for forward progress. I take a hard line stance on overwhelming  encouragement for desired behavior.

The willingness to learn is a choice and it is my goal to have an eagerness for education on any of my mounts. I am constantly throwing new things at everyone in my barn. Change is expected and excitement is welcome. Even after all of the challenges, we end each day with a win.
